How to update the commission on existing marketplace contracts

Change your commission on Marketplace

You can update the commission you have with your resellers in a few easy steps.

  1. Go to Salestools and select Marketplace on the left hand side menu and select the Contract terms tab

  1. Click on the Contract terms tab and select the contract term you want to make changes to.

  1. Make the changes and click on Update

  1. Update the marketplace contract(s) you have with your sellers on Marketplace by going to the Sellers tab and selecting the sellers whose contracts you want to update by ticking the box in front of the seller name. Write a comment, explaining the changes you've made to the contract term, and select Propose amendment. Now all you've got to do is to wait for the seller to accept your new contract terms.
