Passenger list
The passenger list shows you a list of all the passengers who are booked for each of your departures for the day. It allows you to filter by tours and departures, giving you all the information you need to prepare for the day with your customers, such as booking reference number, passenger count, pick-up place, and customer name and contact information.
You can easily show additional booking information such as extras, booking questions and answers, payment details, and booked rate when configuring and saving the report. Set who has arrived and who is a no-show for the departure all in one place.
How to get to the Passenger list
Navigate from the main left-hand menu and select Operations > Passenger list. By default, the passenger list shows all passengers for the next day organised chronologically by departure time and experience.
Filter your Passenger lists by departure time, tours and date by:
- Selecting the time from the Departures and experience from the Tours drop-down lists that you wish to see a bookings information about
- Selecting a departure date from the drop-down calendar in the field next to the Search button
Additional features included in the Passenger list:
- Mark who has arrived and who is a no-show
- Direct access to add a Payment for a booking, if necessary
- Create an Operations note in the available field for the tour and click Save diary entry to save
- To hide the note, click the Hide notes box in the Passenger list
- To hide the note, click the Hide notes box in the Passenger list
To display additional information for bookings in the Passenger list, click Configure report to:
- Exclude combo bookings for own experiences
- Display extras
- Show questions and answers
- Show last four digits of credit cart used in most recent payment
- Show the booked rate
How to get a hard copy of the Passenger list
Clicking Export to spreadsheet on the upper right of the page downloads the Passenger list details to save for your records, or print and share with guides and drivers.
