Marketplace Invoice Report: Sold by me

A Marketplace invoice report shows all sales made through your Marketplace contracts.

This article describes how to use the Marketplace invoice report: sold by me to view all the sales you've made from your Marketplace suppliers’ experiences and show your accounts receivable (the amount you owe the supplier).

Where does the data come from and what does it show?​

The report gathers the data from seller invoices and displays it as below:

Where can I find my Marketplace invoices report?​

The Marketplace invoice report: sold by me can be found under Reports or by clicking here.

The default view of the report is all sales made in the current month, is time zone aware (meaning queries and reports are in the vendor time zone) and includes bookings sold by you.

 

Report and Data Filtering​

The report filters serve the purpose of noise reduction, allow you to efficiently, easily and accurately find data, and display it in a relevant way.

You can filter the report by the following:

  • Currency: You can filter your report by currency, provided that you have more than one currency. By default the report shows all currencies.

  • Supplier: A drop-down list of all your suppliers appears when you select this field. Select the supplier you would like to get information on.

  • Booking status: If you want to view bookings marked by a particular status such as Confirmed, Arrived, No show, or Cancelled, use this filter.

  • Travel date range Here you can select the date range you want to look at. There are few preset options, e.g. today, last 7 days, year-to-date. Then you also have the option of selecting your own custom date range.

  • Invoice date range Here you can select the date range of the bookings you've invoiced. There are preset options to choose from, e.g. Today, Last 7 days, and Year-to-date to name a few. You also have the option of applying your own custom date range.

 

The report can be exported filtered or unfiltered to an Excel spreadsheet. Note: The spreadsheet can show more columns than reported in the system if you want to manually enter the additional information.
