How can I disconnect my Viator integration?

If you want to disconnect your Viator Integration for any reason, find information here on how you can self-service.

By deactivating your Viator integration for your whole account, your products will no longer share availability or auto-update between Bókun and Viator.

To disconnect your Viator integration, follow the steps below:

1. Log into your Bókun account
2. Navigate from Sales tools > OTAs on the side navigation
3. Select Viator tile
4. Disable auto update toggle buttons, and Confirm
5. Click Terminate Connection. This will also automatically disconnect the connection on Viator side
