Custom input fields
Create your custom fields for products, contracts, vendors and agents. These custom field can be integrated to external systems via API
Custom fields can be added to your products, Marketplace contracts, vendors and Booking Agents in Bókun. These fields allow you to add more fields that are specific to you where you can add your custom information.
The information can be extracted and used with Bókun's API. The information for contracts and vendors are also available internally in Bókun on your supplier page (Contracts -> Suppliers).
The custom input fields are created by using the search field for Custom input fields or navigation from Settings > Product extensions > Custom input fields.
You have four tabs where you can select where the custom fields should be applied to.
- Products: These fields are applied to your experience and will appear under the Advanced section of the experience editor.
- Contracts: These fields will appear on the right-hand side of your Marketplace contracts. You can select to share this field with the contracts counterparty.
- Vendors: These fields will be available on your supplier page. Contracts > Suppliers.
- Agents: These fields will appear in your Booking Agents.
To create a custom field, select the tab you'd like to create a custom input field for, e.g. Booking Sgents. Then select the blue Add button at the top of the page to create a custom field.
Mandatory fields are the Title and Field code
To add a custom field to a ticket, add the flag ticket as shown in the screenshot below.
Where do my custom input fields appear in my Experiences?
- When a custom input field is created for an experience, it will appear in the Advanced section of the experience editor, where you can enter the content you'd like to appear.
